RIVIAM allows users to progress referrals along the pathway based on pre-defined rules about the different journeys through the pathways.

Steps build a pathway

A pathway is defined by one or more steps with a start and a finish. When RIVIAM receives a referral, it makes a decision about where to route referrals. Referrals routed to a pathway are placed in the starting step.

Links between steps

When a step is complete, users progress to the next step. The options for progression are links between steps that customers define in RIVIAM. These links provide the different journeys through a pathway.
