Booking takes only a few moments

People can easily select their preferred date, time and clinician using a simple form and book multiple appointments in one go. These are added to the clinical system in real time. To make it as easy as possible, no registration is needed to book - registration is only required for canceling or rescheduling appointments.

The simplest login

We are integrated with NHS login and later in 2025 patients can use NHS App. 

People registered can also log in securely using their email and password with two-factor authentication or by linking their Google, Microsoft, or Apple accounts.

Timely content, news and links can be shared, while a built-in Content Management System means healthcare providers can create and manage tailored information.

In-app messaging 

All messages sent to people are visible within the portal, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience. As part of our 2025 roadmap, people will also be able to create and reply to messages, with the option to receive communications via NHS Notify.

Information owned by the person

About Me following the standard

The portal includes an About Me section which follows the Professional Records Standards Body (PRSB) standard. People complete a simple form sharing with the healthcare provider what's important to them about their care and communication needs.
