RIVIAM manages all customer data in a single patient database which is known as a 'community'.

Each community database provides the basis of how RIVIAM charges its customers and it's at the core of RIVIAM's service.

This service supports all the other RIVIAM services a customer may wish to use, sharing the same patient information set.
