RIVIAM is available via a number of public sector procurement routes, helping NHS, Local Authority and wider public sector organisations access our secure care co-ordination platform and services.
G-Cloud 14
RIVIAM has been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency's (GCA) G-Cloud 14 framework (RM1557.14) under Lot 2: Cloud Software (SaaS), with five services available.
- Immunisations eConsent service,
- Multi-agency Referral Hub,
- Referral and Triage Management Service,
- Hospital Discharge Service, and
- Citizen Portal / Patient Portal.
G-Cloud 14 supports public sector organisations to buy cloud-based services, including cloud software, through an established government framework.
G-Cloud 15
RIVIAM will be available on GCA's G-Cloud 15 framework (RM1557.15) from launch, under Lot 2b: Software as a Service (SaaS), with 11 services listed.

G-Cloud 15 replaces G-Cloud 14 and supports public sector buyers to access cloud-based software and services.
Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (DOS7)
RIVIAM has been named as a supplier on GCA’s Digital Outcomes 7 framework under Lot 1: Digital Outcomes.
This route supports public sector organisations looking to procure suppliers to deliver specific digital outcomes and projects.
Patient/Citizen Communication, Engagement and Hybrid Mail Solutions
RIVIAM's Patient Engagement Portal is available through the NHS Shared Business Services Patient/Citizen Communication, Engagement and Hybrid Mail Solutions Framework Agreement, under Lot 2: Messaging.
This framework supports NHS and wider public sector organisations with patient and citizen communication, engagement and messaging solutions.
Softcat PLC
RIVIAM is available through Softcat PLC, giving public sector organisations an additional route to access our digital care platform and services through an established technology and frameworks partner.
