Extended hours appointment booking
To support NHS England's Improving Access to General Practice, RIVIAM provides a layer of integration that enables a joined up service across GP practices on different GP systems.
The first implementation allows EMIS Web users to book appointments into TPP SystmOne using NHS Digital’s IM1 services hosted on RIVIAM. This can be used to provide services that can be directly booked across different GP systems and to enable a transparent view of the care provided.
