Peter Gerber joins RIVIAM this September as Business Development Director, starting at an exciting time for the business. Our software platform and services currently deliver for NHS services every day and create the infrastructure for innovation to thrive and for care to be co-ordinated for citizens.

Peter has worked in the NHS for over 15 years. He brings a deep understanding of how the NHS functions and the pivotal role that technology and digital health services like RIVIAM can play in helping to deliver properly joined-up care.

Peter commented about his new role,

"The NHS is embracing the need for technology to help sustain health services and RIVIAM offers something unique in this fast-changing environment. Firstly, digital capabilities that enable primary and community care to co-operate and work better together with acutes to deliver efficient and improved services for patients. And secondly, the agility and interoperability we need in the NHS so we can maximise data flow and ensure the right information reaches those who need it. I am delighted to be sharing the opportunity that RIVIAM offers the NHS and to be joining a fantastic team."

Peter's past roles include Strategic Director for EMIS Health and business development for Dr Foster.
